It must be that new year urge to try something new!
For the first time, I am going to experiment with hosting a link party. I'm calling it "Sunlit Sunday". It's been a rather grey winter in my corner of the world and I want, with your help, to "shed some light" on January, whether indoors or out.
Check beneath the next photo for some guidelines.

I love a new venture!
Here's hoping somebody links up!
I'll be sure to visit anyone who does!
Links may be added as of 7 pm, Saturday evening, Eastern Standard Time.
☼ OK, here we go! ☼
You are invited to participate in this week's "Sunlit Sunday". Let's brighten up the beginning of the new week!
Here's how:
- Create a post on the following theme: "sunlit". You may choose to include photos and words that show a sunlit river, sunbeams, sunflowers, sundecks, a "sunny disposition", a sunny thought, and so on. Have fun with this! Be literal or figurative; be you!
- Copy my URL for this week's "Sunlit Sunday" and create a link on your post that will lead back here.
- Copy the URL for your specific post and add it to the amazing linking tool, below.
- Testing the links would be a great idea!
- Please visit and comment on some of the other posts in the linking list. Let's spread a little sunshine!

ReplyDeleteHello Karen
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I saw Linda's (Crafty Gardener) post this morning and knew I'd want to join you - great idea!
Your bowl of fruit has captured the sunlight too, very nice.

What a brilliant idea! We all need more sunshine in our lives. I'll try to link up in future.
ReplyDeleteWell, it was hard, with not a beam of sunshine anywhere, but I made do....couldn't miss the Inaugural linky!
ReplyDeleteI have some great ideas for this! Can't wait to create something "sunny" for you!
ReplyDeleteGlad to join a fellow Canadian on this warm and sunny day.
ReplyDeleteSunshine Always!
It sounds like fun! I crave sunshine in the winter, so I will link up, when I can...(we have a lot of grey weather this time of year!) But I can at least look at the other's sunny photos! I shouldn't complain - we're having very mild weather for January so far!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
I posted my first comment before reading all the guidelines about the link party! I really like the concept...a sunny thought or quote or photo..literal or figurative; I get it now! I'll definitely link up! Thanks!
