A Few Quick Photos

I haven't been blogging very often and confess to feeling that I haven't had much to say.

I'll let a few garden photographs speak for themselves as the final days of summer finish their journey and pass on the reins to the next season.

  1. Beautiful flowers of late summer. Sometimes we feel like blogging, sometimes we don't. And that's okay. But it's always nice to see a post pop up from you. Have a great week, Karen.

  2. Hi Karen, you captured some beautiful blooms. Love your morning glories. The blue and pink look good growing close by each other.

  3. Hi,Karen.
Good to see you again. I was thinking of you.
They look like enjoying their last summer. They are beautiful. I think your flowers must be happy in your garden. A big typhoon is just going away our area. I see now many flowers and flower pots fallen down here and there!
    Enjoy your days!

  4. Lovely. I think morning glories are pretty but are a pain in the butt! I visited Oregon Gardens and the Dahlia Festival and posted pictures on my blog! Great places to see!!

  5. Sometimes it's good to sit back and let oneself fill back up again - with ideas, with images and with energy.

  6. Sometimes we don't have much to tell, but beautiful pictures with vivid late summer colours do say so much more. The paly pink Ipomoea is lovely!

  8. Good Morning Karen, As always you treat us to some wonderful photographs of the flowers which grow in your garden.... and today is no exception.
I have very little colour left in my garden, I have a few roses, a couple of hollyhocks and fuschias. All the colour will soon disappear, but then when Spring arrives, we will have the pleasure of seeing our plants all over again.
    Best Wishes to you,
    Daphne

  11. Your flowers are so pretty. That is one thing about winter that I hate, no flowers in the garden.

  12. Inspiring. I am hating to see mine go too. Just brought two beautiful geraniums inside after a good sudsy bath and trimming. Hope they stay looking good. Love your header. Got my geraniums in my header now.

  16. The trouble when you have so much beauty outside is that you don't want to spend too much time blogging in case you miss it. Beautiful flowers and photos to brighten the day! Enjoy the rest of your week. Chel x

  17. I miss growing Morning Glory. Impossible here with our extremely short season. They were so fabulous when I lived in Ontario...
