Before the Rain

I'll admit that I've had a rather lazy day. Walking around the garden this morning didn't qualify as exercise.

At least, not in one the size of that at My Little Home and Garden.

While taking some pictures, I was thrilled to see the sky getting darker.

There was a rip-roaring thunder storm this afternoon.

I know that some have more than enough rain (yes, I'm thinking of those of you in Ireland), but it has been in very short supply here.

Everyone was waiting to quench their thirst.

I'm linking with "Mosaic Monday" this week. Please visit there to see a wide range of collages.

Thank you for visiting and please remember that I'm always delighted to read your comments.

(If you are on Facebook, I invite you to visit me there as well.)

So glad that you got the rain I sent you yesterday!

I wanted a break from it so pushed it your side of the ocean.
We had wonderful sunshine yesterday afternoon
    it sheer heaven.

Rain has decided to come visit again this morning it is lashing down but hopefully might pass this afternoon.

I adore your flowers and your collage

Lack of water certainly didn't do them any harm!

  14. I say...anytime you are using that heart and your legs, that is exercise;') Lovely share and I have so prayed for rain along with so many. We had 70% chance Friday...never got a drop. We had 60% chance Saturday and we had 3 nice downpours and then yesterday was supposed to be rain...none. I guess we will just have to accept it as it comes. Have a wonderful week~

  16. Gorgeous blooms in your garden! I think rain is welcome in many parts. I am in Michigan for a few weeks and it is very dry here too.

  21. Love the flowers you have shown. Especially the yellow daylily with the red throat. Call me strange, but I love thunderstorms. I guess it comes from growing up in the Midwest. We had heat all last week, and drizzle yesterday am. Today, back to coolish Northwest weather.
